2. What Data We Collect

When you fill out the application form, we collect the following data:

  • name

  • phone number

  • e-mail address

  • age

  • motivation letter (optional, if you complete it)

In addition, in the course of using the website, we collect technical data (e.g. device type, browser, actions performed on the page) using cookies and similar technologies, see section 7.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

a) Processing the application. We use your data to contact you, assess your suitability, and conduct the recruitment process. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in recruiting suitable candidates and, at your request, steps taken prior to entering into a potential contract (GDPR Art 6 para 1 points b and f).

b) Marketing and building lookalike audiences. If you give separate consent for this, we may contact you in the future regarding new opportunities and use your contact details (including in hashed form) on advertising platforms to build custom and lookalike audiences. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art 6 para 1 point a). You can withdraw your consent at any time, see section 8.

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your data. We only share data with the following parties who process data on our behalf or are necessary for the functioning of the service:

  • website and form technical service providers (e.g. web hosting, form and automation tools);

  • the Meta advertising platform (Facebook, Instagram) and other advertising platforms we may use, but only if you have given marketing consent (section 3b);

  • analytics service providers to understand website usage.

All service providers are required to protect your data and use it only for the agreed purpose.

5. Transfer of Data Outside the European Union

Some service providers (e.g. Meta) may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. In such cases, we ensure that the transfer takes place in accordance with the GDPR, using appropriate safeguards (e.g. European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or an active data privacy framework).

6. How Long We Retain Data

We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected:

  • We retain application data for up to 12 months after the recruitment decision.

  • If you have given marketing consent (talent pool and subsequent reconnection), we retain your contact details for up to 2 years from giving consent or until consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The website uses cookies and similar technologies for the site to function and (upon consent) to measure advertising effectiveness. We use the following: Meta Pixel (to measure the effectiveness of Facebook/Instagram advertising).

The Meta Pixel is only activated if you give consent in the cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data;

  • request the correction of incorrect data;

  • request the deletion of data;

  • restrict processing or object to processing;

  • receive your data in a portable format;

  • withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).
